Features
Embrace the untamed beauty of the Brazilian rainforest with Wild Flora™ White Wash™. Commonly known as a “zebra plant”, unlike the real zebras that roam through the savanna, this uncommon houseplant looks like it zig-zagged straight out of the jungle and into your living room. White Wash™ unfurls large, arrowhead-shaped leaves of rich green awash in white veining. The deeply etched midrib and striking pattern of veining look like the stripes of a real-life zebra.

Maintenance Notes:- For optimal performance, keep your Aphelandra at 60-85°F (15-29°C).
- Aphelandra prefer to grow in medium to bright, indirect light, such as near an east- or west-facing window. They can adapt to growing in the lower light of a north-facing window, however, growth will be slower and leaves may not get as large.
- Aphelandra prefer moderate to high humidity, but are typically tolerant of average indoor conditions.
- Aphelandra prefer consistent moisture. As such, water thoroughly when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. If you notice your plant weeping or wilting, it needs water.
- Feed your Aphelandra once per month at half strength when it is actively growing. Reduce frequency of fertilization in the winter months. If no new leaves are growing, it does not need to be fertilized.
- Protect furniture when watering & fertilizing.
- When repotting your Aphealandra, use a chunky all-purpose potting mix, with perlite added to ensure good drainage.
