    • I was amazed by the growth span, vivid floral, and resilience to central Texas climate. In September I saw a second flowering shrub had spawned off the mother plant, so I decided to dig up and transplant; I followed the watering suggestions for two weeks, and just yesterday, I saw all the new green leaves sprouting on the branches.

    • I bought 4 of the Pugster pinker in the gallon size. Three failed over the very mild, 2023 winter in Northeast Ohio. I am quite displeased, especially given the amount of money that I spent on the plants.

    • I bought this plant to attract butterflies. It blooms well, but the butterflies ignore it. I will have to dig it up and replace it with something that the butterflies like.
