Professional Growing Information Probably one of my favorites of all time. Perfect for SE Georgia in a shady garden that is also very warm and humid much of the year. The pastel versions are great for a romantic, almost English garden feel yet they truly work in zone 8B. The fluffy blooms just don’t stop and this is without any special care. People always say how pretty they are and I agree. This is literally the first plant review I’ve written because I can’t get enough of these!

Maintenance Notes:Deadheading isn't necessary but removing spent blooms isn't harmful if you want to clean the plants.
Rockapulco impatiens are very easy to care for, provide them with a shady location, give them a bit of fertilizer and don't let them dry out too much and they will be happy campers. The shouldn't need to be trimmed back, but can be pruned to shape them at any time. If they get too tall, you can cut them back to promote additional branching and a more compact habit.
An application of fertilizer or compost on garden beds and regular fertilization of plants in pots will help ensure the best possible performance.

I love this Impatiens. I have it in a hanging basket outside my north facing living room window. Great view, thrives in shade. Be sure to keep it watered.

This plant shines in shade and part sun. I have it in a pot in full sun from early morning until 3PM, and it looks great. I also put it in a pot in the shade and it brightens the area up beautifully. It is my favorite inpatiens.

I absolutely love Rockapulco! Appleblossom did well in a shaded bed, mixed with Euphorbia Diamond Frost. No fuss! Bloomed right up until frost. They made a stunning combination planting. I'm going to do it again but in red!

This plant, of which I have two, is doing amazingly well in the shade. It self cleans, so no deadheading, and the blossoms are this gorgeous light pink. Its a pretty little plant. I'm hoping it survives the zone 9a winter...
