Purchased two of these in Feb 2024 …..I live in zone 6-7. Potted them up in two big pots on covered porch in shade. Did okay thru summer and into winter but by the end of spring 2025 both died

I bought and planted this in spring '25 and planted it in a nice shaded spot.. it looked fine for a few weeks but started wilting any time it didn't get rain or watered for more than 24 hours.. I would water it and it would perk up but then it would wilt again the next day.. I thought to prune off some foliage to balance the top with the roots and it continued to wilt.. I think the plant had an extremely poor root system and caused its death by the end of may..

I ordered 3 of these in the fall with 7 other plants. We amended the soil and treated all with care. All three died over the winter. Everything else is great so I question the sturdiness and approved zones for this plant.

I’m in zone 6a. Like Marci, I also lost all of my Sweet & Lo Sweet Box this winter - even with protection from desiccation. I just don’t think this one is as hardy as the label indicates.

Read the other person’s comment. I am also is 6b, planted in summer of 24 and this plant has come back for me and is blooming! I really like it and hope the ground cover part takes off. I am thinking of buying the larger container, but it is hard to dig in the area I’m putting it because of a lot of trees

Bought 7 of these last year. Lost all of them this winter. Maybe the Tag should read “provide winter protection”. Even professional YouTubers lost theirs. I’m in 6b.
