Purpose & Goals
We understand that Independent Garden Centers (IGCs) are the lifeblood of the gardening industry. With a continual pulse on consumer trends, needs and practices, Proven Winners has much to learn from progressive garden centers across the U.S. and Canada, which represents nearly 80% of our business.
To nurture the relationship between IGCs and our brand, we’ve developed an advisory board that represents a broad cross section of businesses in various geographic locations and of different sizes and types of retail stores. To facilitate the exchange of ideas and information among the advisory board members and the Proven Winners team, we’ve asked them to provide input on the development of new marketing tools and programs that will yield significant sales and margin increases for them.
