Everything you’ve loved about Superbells Magic® Pink Lemonade, now in double form. This dynamic, color-shifting calibrachoa opens lemon yellow, then takes on soft pink tones when exposed to UV sunlight. The overall effect is like two pastel calibrachoas comingling in one captivating combination. It is stunning in hanging baskets, window boxes and upright recipes where its slightly looser habit allows it to mix beautifully with other medium vigor companions. Try it mixed with Superbena® verbena, Goldilocks Rocks® bidens or Double Delight® Blush Rose begonias. Like all Superbells® calibrachoa, Superbells Magic® Double Grapefruit blooms from spring into fall, requiring no deadheading to keep it in color, and it has been screened specifically for resistance to Thielaviopsis.

 SUPERLOPHUS Sunglow Oenothera

As one of our most dependable, heat and drought tolerant annuals, this Texas primrose is ideal for containers and in-ground applications in arid, sunny climates. Resilient, radiant yellow flowers cover the finely textured foliage and attract beneficial pollinators.

  • Low maintenance, versatile annual
  • Handles extreme weather conditions with ease
  • Grow in 4.25 Grande containers, monocultures, container recipes, window boxes and landscapes
  • 12-24” height; 18-24” spread

  • Zone 8-10
  • Vigor 2

We’ve listened to our customers in the South and Southwest who have asked us for more dependable, heat and drought tolerant plants and are thrilled to bring you Superlophus Sunglow Oenothera, formerly known as Ladybird® Sunglow Calylophus. Renamed to emphasize its bold, standout performance in hot climates, this dynamic nativar is derived from a native Texas species. Though it has proven in trials to thrive in hot, arid, sunny conditions, it has also proven to perform well across the country including in the hot, humid summers of the Midwest and Southeast U.S.

We recommend using this durable annual for both commercial and residential applications in containers and landscapes like you would use Blue My Mind® Evolvulus. Just take care not to overwater or overfeed it. The very finely textured foliage helps to slow down transpiration dramatically so that even in 100 degree weather, established plants will only need watering every few days.

Superlophus is joined by other heat-loving stars like Augusta® Lavender Heliotropium, Blue My Mind® Evolvulus and Southern Blaze Phlox, which are all suitable for commercial and residential applications in southern and western climates. Together, these heat-tolerant annuals offer stunning color, unwavering reliability, and food for beneficial pollinators all season long.

KODIAK JET BLACK Diervilla

Kintzley’s Ghost® honeysuckle hasn’t always been a Proven Winners ColorChoice Shrub. But, we grew it, got to know it, and had to add it! This wild-looking plant is actually native to North America. Each season, it begins like any other honeysuckle, with typical dusty green leaves. As the season progresses, flower buds pop out like saucers. These rounded bracts look a lot like eucalyptus, but the flowers at the center feed native pollinators like hummingbirds! They turn into red berries in the fall, but won’t become a nuisance like other honeysuckles. Due to its size and interesting seasonal changes, it makes an incredible specimen.

INCREDIBALL STORM PROOF Hydrangea arborescens

As the name suggests, Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens) tackles the most common complaint people have with the genus: while other smooth hydrangeas flop, this incredibly stout and sturdy stemmed beauty holds its blooms upright during—and even after—heavy summer downpours. Though its blooms aren’t quite as gigantic as the original Incrediball®, they are so numerous and large in proportion to this compact variety that it absolutely lives up to the expectations associated with this now household name. It's a robust, vigorous, heavy bloomer with a rounder, denser habit than other smooth hydrangeas.

As with all Hydrangea arborescens, we recommend producing Incrediball Storm Proof in two gallon or larger containers.

WHIP IT GOOD Thuja

Interesting evergreens are as irresistible to plant geeks in the industry as they are to garden center shoppers, but they aren't always the easiest plant to produce - nor are they, necessarily, the handsomest in terms of container presentation. That's why we are thrilled to offer Whip It Good arborvitae (Thuja occidentalis), which is similar to the classic 'Whipcord' but improved in every way: its thread-like foliage is much longer and more dense, creating a far more appealing habit in the container and landscape. Best of all, it's fast-growing enough, and nice enough in a container, that growers can actually be profitable with it in production. An interesting and unexpected boxwood alternative that's also a landscape plant in its own right. Developed by the University of Georgia.

Preorder only - liners will ship in 2026.
